Women’s Leadership Council

The Women’s Leadership Council is a group of passionate and involved senior female business leaders and philanthropists who share a common goal of raising unrestricted dollars for the eight performing arts organizations and two educational institutions at Lincoln Center. The unrestricted nature of these funds permits the organizations to use them to maximum effect, which includes engaging in creative educational programming, presenting exciting new productions, and developing free performances.

Membership Expectations


A $10,000 membership contribution is requested annually.


If possible, we suggest hosting a gathering or event to thank existing donors and cultivate new prospects.


Raise unrestricted funds for 10 world-class performing arts organizations at Lincoln Center.


Attend quarterly meetings that focus on strategy and implementation.


Maintain a functional pipeline and create sponsorship introductions.


Members are expected to provide incremental support to Corporate Fund events.


Provide mentorship to the Junior Council.

Lincoln Center Business Council Annual Business Leadership Award Breakfast

Each year, the Lincoln Center Business Leadership Award Breakfast honors a professional (or professionals) for their outstanding commitment to the arts and culture in New York City. Proceeds from this event support the Lincoln Center Business Council (LCBC) in its work with the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund. The LCBC raises vital unrestricted funds from middle-market corporations and professional firms for the nine performing arts organizations and two professional training academies resident at Lincoln Center. The unrestricted nature of these funds permits the organizations to use them to maximum effect—which includes engaging in creative educational programming, presenting exciting new productions, and mounting free performances. Spring Networking Event: A Little Light Music and More

This annual event featuring music, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres is hosted by the Lincoln Center Business Council, designed to create a corporate networking opportunity in support of Lincoln Center. Lincoln Center Corporate Fund’s Annual Golf and Tennis Tournament

Join the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund for a day of golf and tennis at one of the area’s most prestigious private clubs. The day will feature a buffet brunch and luncheon, gift bag, team photos, entry to contests, and on-course refreshments. Lincoln Center Jazz Evening at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola

The Lincoln Center Business Council hosts this annual evening of jazz at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola, an intimate venue designed to ideally frame the superb live music of Jazz at Lincoln Center. Real Estate & Construction Council Gala

Each year, Lincoln Center’s Real Estate and Construction Council hosts the RECC Gala, with proceeds benefitting eight of the constituent organizations and the two world-class schools at Lincoln Center. Following a lively (but not lengthy) reception and dinner, guests select priority seating from a roster of performances being offered at Lincoln Center: theater, ballet, orchestra, or jazz. Hosted by the Corporate Fund’s Women’s Leadership Council, the annual What’s In/What’s Out Luncheon is regularly sold-out event showcasing the latest fashion and beauty trends for the coming season. Alternative Investment Industry Gala

Each Spring, the Corporate Fund hosts its annual Alternative Investment Industry Gala at the Rainbow Room. It was established to engage the alternative capital industry to rally in support of the 10 arts organizations on the Lincoln Center campus. Over 300 guests representing our City’s top investment firms and financial services organizations attend this festive event.
